It can conveniently be fitted underneath a pressing tool, solving all waste handling problems. The transporter is also used as an assembly line feeder in companies world-wide.Unique beltless conveyor - the friction transporter transports metal waste material, parts and details by a unique oscillating motion. A custom-made chute can easily be fitted on the machine and the rhythmic, linear movement pushes the chute forwards at a constant speed and with an accelerating backwards motion. Metal scrap or finished details are conveyed along the chute and into, for example, a container. The unique design does not include any belts or rollers that constantly need changing. This saving alone can motivate a change from conventional transporters to our oscillating chute. The air consumption is very low (from 5 litres/minute) and the noise level is well under the industrial limit (from 56 dB).
